Professional Learning Objectives 

  • Come away with practical, actionable, and evidence-based teaching practices to foster equitable science learning environments
  • Recognize how their own identities and experiences inform their teaching and impact students’ science learning
  • Increase access and opportunities for marginalized students’ engagement and identification with the sciences


  • Self-paced, approximately 1 hour per session
  • Launches in April 2022 and closes July 30, 2022
  • $100 stipend for the first 100 participants to signup (must provide feedback on the content and structure of the series)
